Since 2008, our portfolio has grown over 500% in gross value and consists of a diversified asset base of multifamily, commercial and retail assets throughout the East Coast but with a primary focus on the Mid-Atlantic region.

Through consolidation we achieve a level of scale that provides access to new investment/development opportunities as well as more competitive financing options.
KE Holdco executes on the above strategy via access to its credit facility/term loan, its operating cash flow, through co-investment and joint venture opportunities, and through Holdco unit offerings. KE Holdco recently launched its first unit offering*, and intends to utilize proceeds from the sale of units for new and ongoing acquisitions and development activity, partial liquidity events, non-member equity purchases and general corporate purposes.
